A Passion for Food, A Love for People
Food has always been my language. Growing up, some of my happiest memories were made around the kitchen table — the laughter, the aromas, the feeling that something special was being shared. That love for bringing people together through food is what led me to become a chef, and ultimately to start Morsels by Melissa.
After years of honing my craft in professional kitchens, I realized my true calling was creating personalized culinary experiences for the people and businesses in my own community. I wanted every client to feel the same warmth and care I put into cooking for my own family.
Based in Duluth, Georgia, Morsels by Melissa is built on a simple promise: every event deserves food that's made with intention, prepared with fresh ingredients, and served with genuine care. Whether it's a 200-person corporate event or an intimate dinner for eight, I'm personally involved in every detail.
Every Menu Tells a Story
I don't believe in one-size-fits-all catering. Every event has its own personality, and the food should reflect that. I work directly with each client to understand their vision — the occasion, the guests, dietary needs, and preferences — then craft a custom menu from scratch.
